We like staying at Hotel Schwarzer Adler when we visit Innsbruck. the hotel is nice looking and beautifully decorated. - the incredibly friendly staff, especially at the reception desk, make the stay enjoyable. - Make sure to stay in the deluxe queen room with a view of the mountain. - the location is incredible, with the train station just a short walk away.

Ideal place with accommodating staff. Reasonably large and normal double room with a spa bath tub, very good service. The rooms are decorated in unique themes and have comfortable beds, making for a cozy stay.

The hotel offered a quaint setting that afforded us access to the old town center for sight seeing and shopping ease.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The room we had, which we only paid a standard rate for, was very nice - spatious and nicely furnished. Decent location also, only five minutes walk to town centre.
